AND PUT 2000 PEOPLE AHEAD IN LINE FOR "NEW" MONEY

I am an Aptera Ambassador and Paradigm Launch Edition deposit holder #10191 living 20 minutes from Aptera HQ at 5818 in Carlsbad. Been there a few times.

THAT MEANS THAT MY VEHICLE NUMBER WAS 191 OUT OF 200 "FIRST CARS".

My personal opinion on Aptera and the Accelerate "leader board" and the "new" plan is that Aptera sold something (my paid for reservation, one of 200 collector Paradigm Launch Edition vehicles, again that had already been sold to make "new money" and I was moved 2000 spots backward.

I am an Ambassador living 20 minutes from Aptera HQ at 5818 here in California.

I ordered an Aptera December 04, 2020 around 4:00? ....the Aptera web indicated that after my order that 146 Paradigm Launch editions remain to order (batch of first 200 made). (Tried to order two times before the web ordering was alive in 2020 to order) .. had my finger on the button to "get the first one". As a confirmed Paradigm Edition holder, I later checked my number and it somehow "moved" from 54 to 191. OK, shit happens.... waiting....waiting.... during all the add ons, 1000 mile range blah blah.... Finally, I think it was Sandy Munro who said to build one color, one configuration and get it produced and out the door. Featurecreep. Thank goodness for that thinking. Anyway, my original Aptera order died in 2011 with Aptera bankruptcy... I drove the prototype Aptera in 2009 I think it was... so personal history trying to get an Aptera....

... so I was anxious....

Fast forward to today.... I have been dumped and bumped 2000 spaces... I am now 2191 with the new leader board plan. My original Aptera hype leverage has been used up as about 2 years have gone by. The "impending doom"... hurry get one of the first 200... special special special.... is over.....Apparently, the new saying is without this "new plan", no one will get a car. That came after "we just need one excited billionaire".

So I wrote to Chris Anthony and Steve Fambro, Sarah in Marketing and Will, the head of Ambassador program to voice my opinions and offer what I thought was a good supplement plan to the Accelerate plan in keeping the Aptera Paradigm Launch Edition one of 200 .... special ... oh and ... the company's word. According to the plan, they will be building 40 Aptera per day. I suggested that they protect and honor the "first special 200 PEOPLE , not cars, PEOPLE....... "in""... that they leveraged and used to build further funds. The Paradigm Launch Edition holders, Hey look how quick we got 200 people!

...My suggestion in writing to Aptera leadership was to supplement the "Accelerate Plan" ......The idea was this ... the Accelerate program simply would honor, carry,

..... protect the company word with the..............

....... Paradigm Launch Edition first 200 vehicles...... holders...............

........ "simply for time".... 5 days

again... 5 days....

...and then start the 2000....

Again simply, Aptera has raised the money...starting production.......

....5 days of Paradigm.... company word......

... and remember that they would get approx 200 X $33,200 more for each Aptera out the door....

No... IMHO... watch yourself with Aptera. Ethics... Word. Promise. Survival. Sacrifice. Supposedly the Paradigm holders still get something... dwindling every day.

What is special about one of the first 200 Paradigm Launch Edition vehicles ordered about 2 years ago... when you get it....... or NOT ......... who knows?.... after 2000 Launch edition vehicles are made for people with bigger money????

I ask myself this: .....what if the Accelerate $10K ers as I call them, of the Accelerate program do not raise enough money? $20 ~ $50 mil..?

Do they indeed move behind the " The all new Super Accelerate Program".... Paradigm has become a "cautionary tale". Did you ever consider what you will do for parts or maintenance in Illinois when you get the car? .... and you call them? You have already purchased. What? who? Please check the web site..... blah

Your word is important. Especially raising money.

I was originally told that because I live close and am an Ambassador i would get a car sooner to help with real world debug etc.... but, here we are, it is what it is.... people could say that I am feeling sour grapes because I have been dumped again, YES, I am. .... this time 2000 spots farther away from a car.... love the idea, the engineering but the move from engineering to production needs some experts to come in.... and marketing could have used the help being able to announce the Paradigm Editions were being delivered first as promised. Aptera needs to keep it's word. Be careful.
